- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I did not experience any issues with my appointments at this office. I found the care to be satisfactory. However, I have requested the records for two appointments multiple times and have received no response. Forms of communication include a faxed request (confirmed received), a voice message, and a verbal message to front desk staff. I thought it fair to provide this feedback in a review as it may be a reflection of the customer service that you can expect here. As a reasonable person I would be understanding of a delay if their staff had reached me to provide an update.
