- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff is very very rude and unprofessional. My husband has seen Dr. Smith for the past 8 years, and for someone to treat a client like that should be fired. We are also friends of Mr. Smith. I am not bad mouthing him or what he does, I am bad mouthing his staff, especially the woman named Becky. She has hung up on us three different times, and now she has told my husband that she will not waste her time on his case anymore. You can't do that to someone that has a server panic disorder.
